not a lot of embellishment on this card, i kind of liked it this way. the papers that i used are all stampin up. the images and sentiment are all magnolia, and the buttons are from my stash. i coloured the kitty in with copic markers.

Whiff of Joy

It’s Wednesday again, and we have another challenge for you over at the

whiff of joy challenge blog..

this week we have a sketch for you designed by Heather.. thank you sweetie.

i have made this card following Heathers sketch, though i have a confession to make and those of you that are sharp eyed will have already noticed.. i forgot to add the side bits of the sketch.. oopsie, i don’t think that they would have shown up very well as my Oakley and willow images from whiff of joy stamps are taking up the card quite a bit!

i have used shimmerz pixie dust on willow’s veil but it isn’t showing up in the photo, but is so shimmery in real life. i coloured a bolser wood heart with shimmerz as well but this time it is December sky.

the sweet crochet flower that i used in with my prima flowers is a gift from my sweet friend Jilli.. thank you sweetie, they are gorgeous..

the sentiment that i have used is from whiff of joy stamps and is also from there new collection..

a pretty plain inside. the sentiment is again from the womens delight collection..

Annie and kitty with tree stump.

A quick post from me today.. lots to do..!!

I made this card using the  charmed delectable stamps

this card uses perfect Annie and kitty and the tree stump accessory stamp

coloured with copic markers and using stampin up papers and card stock, the flowers are from my stash. sentiment is magnolia and the flourish stamp is ladybug and friends.

i am stepping down from the delectable stamps dt. and simon says stamp.( though it has only been a short term)   i have realized that i have bitten off a little more than i can chew, blogging and cards are beginning to take over my whole life again and i feel that it isn’t fair that my family suffer.. so i am making a few changes..

i may not be blogging as regularly as i have been, so if i am missing in action every now and again don’t worry i am fine…… i hope that you will still take the time to come and visit me on occasion..

thank you for your support and wonderful comments that you leave me they make my day.

Here is my completed card.. i have used the sketch designed by Dawny p over at papertake weekly.. ( got the right week this week!!) i loved working with this sketch. thanks babes!

All papers are stampin up and i have coloured Tilda with copic markers…

I went with the gingham ribbon and bug charm as these things combined with the basket and wine looks like Tilda is going to meet her friends for a picnic on a summers day.
